In 2014 Inclusive Life held it’s first Blessing Bag building day.  With a handful of great people (adults and kids) we built 100 blessing bags containing quarters, personal care items, water, gloves, hats, socks, and snacks.  Each year the event grows in the number of folks who contribute, as does the need for the bags!

In 2016, we added a clothing drive to our blessing bag day, that ended up gathering over 100 bags of clothing that took nearly 10 trips to deliver.  Other groups came forward to help, The Big Omaha Bears!, Top 2 Bottom Renovations, The Metropolitan Community Church, Dawn and Larry, and Kelly for bringing food, and the many others who brought food, clothing, diapers, shoes, and love.

2018 is upon us, and we have scheduled our 3rd Annual Spring Clothing Drive for Saturday, March 17th.  Our clothing drive will again benefit the Siena Francis House in Omaha, who turns no one away!  Please start going through your closets, boxes, and storage to collect those pairs of shoes, and items of clothing that you don’t use anymore.  It CAN be put to good use.

IF you have resources BUT not clothing… PLEASE BRING:  XL and XXL large ladies and men’s underwear, and tube socks
